We’ve got a (unfurnished) double room going in our three-bed house in Hanover, sharing with me (Shannon), my housemate Lydia, and my partner Jacob. Rent is £566 a month, and bills come to around £100 each, covering council tax, water, wifi, and electric/gas. The house is right next to The Village pub!
About Us
We all work 9-5 and keep a good balance of social and chill time.
Lydia (she/her, 25) – Works as an operational manager at a co-working space and does some weekend event work. One of the funniest people I know. Loves wholesome walks, being social, the gym, and doom-scrolling whilst watching shit reality TV after work. Currently in a sober(ish) era, swapping drinking culture for more wholesome activities!
Jacob (he/him, 26) – Manages another co-working space and is out most evenings either at a carpentry course or out with mates. Loves the pub and cooking. Is sociable but also appreciates a quiet night in when he’s home.
Me – Shannon (she/her, 24) – I work in music/arts marketing and get occasional free gig tickets for some Brighton/London shows, so any music lovers are welcome !!!! Like Lydia I’m also in a sober-ish phase, as I prefer being up early and out on weekends. Jacob and I sometimes dog sit a dachshund and a chiweenie, so dog lovers preferred!
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, someone who:
Works a 9-5
Enjoys a communal vibe - dinners, films etc - but also values their own space (basically we like to hang out after work, but if we’re completely drained, we understand the need to just rot in bed instead sometimes.)
Is CLEAN and helps with weekly house cleans
Doesn’t smoke weed at home
