🏠 Wanted: Master of the Legendary Box Room! 😁

Had enough of living in places where someone suddenly decides to become a DJ or a midnight chef at 11pm, and you wake up wondering what’s going on? Then keep reading! 😄

We are looking for a fourth person to join our sunny flat on Regency Square. We have the whole flat on the 5th floor and have:

☀️ a large kitchen
🛋️ a spacious living room
🚿 two bathrooms
🏖️ and a location just a few minutes from the sea

The room is a cosy box room — ideal for someone who values peace and a good night’s sleep more than having a huge bedroom.

Who are we?

🇬🇧 Two English people
🇵🇱 One Polish person
👩‍💼 We all work full-time outside the home, with similar working hours — usually around 7/8am until 6/7pm.

We have lived together for almost 6 years, so we have reached an advanced level of flat-sharing zen. We don’t throw parties, we don’t smoke, we don’t drink and we genuinely love peace and quiet.

Sounds boring? To us, it sounds perfect. 😁

As we live in a period building, we also need someone who respects the neighbours and keeps things quiet after 10pm. No late-night music, shouting, cooking experiments or turning the living room into a nightclub. 😉

Who are we looking for?

✔️ Someone working full-time outside the home — no home office, no students.
✔️ Someone with similar working hours to ours, roughly 7/8am–6/7pm.
✔️ Calm, respectful and drama-free.
✔️ Clean and tidy.
✔️ Someone who appreciates peace and quiet in the evenings.
✔️ Someone who respects the neighbours and keeps things quiet after 10pm.

Ideally, you are around 35–45 and this kind of lifestyle sounds like your idea of heaven. 😊

Conditions:

💷 £377 per month for the room
🏛️ Council Tax: £50 per month
⚡ Gas & electricity: approximately £25–40 per month

The contract is short-term — minimum 3 months, with the possibility of staying longer by agreement.

📅 The room will be available from 1st September.
