Small but cosy room available in a fantastic location:
• 3 minutes to the sea
• 5 minutes to shops and shopping centre
• 15–20 minutes to the train station
• 5 minutes to bus stops

The flat is on the 5th floor (no lift), so good fitness is a plus. There is a large kitchen and a spacious living room.

Currently, three professionals live here – We’re looking for a fourth person for a minimum of 3 months, after which it will be a rolling contract.
~We are looking for: a quiet, easy-going, non-smoking person aged 35–45 who respects others. This is a very quiet flat, and we do not host parties.
