The room is furnished with a superking bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, clothes rail, desk, blinds, lamp, and mirror (as needed).

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely park at the end of the road. It’s a peaceful, tidy home with an open fire, a decked garden area, and all mod cons.

We’re just a 12-minute walk from Brighton Station, close to universities, shops on Lewes Road, and plenty of great cafés and pubs in the Hanover area.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and Wi‑Fi) plus a cleaner.

You’d have use of all shared spaces: kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room, and garden.

You’d be sharing with a female lodger and a landlady who travels for work frequently, plus one civilised cat.
