It’s on the top floor, east facing & has a small double queen sized bed, build in wardrobe, drawers & desk if required.
Room can be unfurnished if preferred.

I live with a professional working lodger

There is a ground floor second w. c & shower/utility room.

Washing machine & dryer on ground floor.

5 minutes walk from Brighton train Station & 10 minutes walk to Brighton beach
