A lovely single room to rent in a house, in the Elm Grove/Hanover area, 25 minutes walking distance to the centre, ten mins by bus to the hospital and good transport links to the two universities. Would suit a student, PhD, Masters, language student or professional.

Cost of the room includes all bills. The room is available from 20/9/26, although if required, a couple of weeks earlier would be considered.
