Double room available in Hanover Street

Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room in Hanover, it’s a terraced house bottom of the hill. I live here too, so you’d be sharing the space with me and my lovely fluffy dog Patsy.

I work from home so the house is generally quiet and clean. I’ve recently moved into the place and I’m doing some renovations, but it’s cozy and comfortable. The room is ready to go.

Would suit a professional or student who appreciates a calm home. I can also get a parking permit if needed.

Bills not included just because energy prices so changeable but usually about £100 each a month. Council tax band C (apparently need to include this in the description).
