We're looking for new housemates for two really nice double bedrooms in our recently refurbished, light, bright, centrally located, 4 bedroom licenced HMO houseshare.

The First Floor front bedroom is available from 1 August as our housemate is moving out of Brighton. £615 pcm

The Lower Ground Floor bedroom is available from 1 September as our housemate is moving in with his girlfriend. £595 pcm.

We are two easygoing working graduates one female one male. Ages 24 and 45. Looking for professional housemates within that kind of age range.
