I’m offering two fully furnished double rooms in my lovely, spacious Victorian home just off Lewes Road.

• Available from 2 January to 12 March 2027
• Stays of 4–10 weeks within those dates
• All bills and Wi-Fi included

Ideal for people working in Brighton temporarily, visiting academics, students returning for resits or placements, or anyone needing a comfortable base between homes or while settling into the city.

Both rooms share their own large luxury bathroom (although the larger room also has the benefit of its own separate WC - not ensuite). In addition, there is a large guest sitting room, with 2 huge sofas and a 65 inch smart TV.

THE LARGER DOUBLE ROOM

A bright, spacious room, recently redecorated in calm, neutral tones, with use of the large luxury bathroom and large guest sitting room.

With:

• A double bed with memory foam mattress
• A sofa(bed)
• Coffee table
• Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table
• Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer
• Fresh, fluffy towels
• This room has its own separate WC (next to the room, not en-suite)

THE SECOND DOUBLE ROOM

A comfortable, fully furnished double room with use of a large, luxurious bathroom, plus:

• A double bed with memory foam mattress
• Built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Armchair and Smart TV
• Tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer

MORE SPACE TO RELAX

Both rooms have use of a large guest sitting room with a 65-inch TV — a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day.

You’re welcome to make yourself at home, use the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the peaceful, secluded garden.

You’ll have your own front door key and room key, so you can come and go independently.

A CONVENIENT LOCATION

The house is just off Lewes Road, only a three-minute walk from shops, cafés, restaurants and excellent bus links.

CAT LOVERS WELCOME

Two sweet rescue cats, Bella and Bobo, also live here. They’re a friendly, relaxed brother-and-sister pair who enjoy company, so this home would suit someone who is happy around cats.

Smoking is welcome in the garden.
