Two Lovely Rooms to Rent in Brighton Home

I’m looking to rent out two rooms in my friendly, relaxed home in Brighton. It’s a characterful 1930s house with a cosy living room (TV & plants galore), a large rustic kitchen-diner with piano, and a welcoming, creative atmosphere.

Room 1 – The Loft Room (£550)
A large attic double with great light and plenty of space — ideal if you want privacy and a calm, peaceful environment. It’s bright and airy with a comfortable double bed, neutral décor, and a relaxing feel. But I will be having building work in the New Year so it’s best for short term renters. Also, it’s a bit rough and ready, hence the price.

Room 2 – The Snug (£600)
A smaller but very comfortable double — perfect for someone who simply wants a warm, quiet, restful place to sleep. There’s a lovely view, and the bed is genuinely excellent!

Shared Spaces
• Homely living room with comfy sofa, vintage pieces, and open fire
• Large dining room / kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, range cooker and plenty of charm
• Peaceful garden outlook and plants throughout

Location
Situated in a friendly Brighton neighbourhood (close to Fiveways / Preston Park), with great transport links and local shops nearby.

• Must be away over Christmas week (my family will be visiting)
