I’m looking to rent out two rooms in my friendly, relaxed home in Brighton. It’s a characterful 1930s house with a cosy living room (TV & plants galore), a large rustic kitchen-diner with piano, and a welcoming, creative atmosphere.

Room 1 – The Loft Room (£650)
A large attic double with great light and plenty of space — ideal if you want privacy and a calm, peaceful environment. It’s bright and airy with a comfortable double bed, neutral décor, and a relaxing feel.

Room 2 – The Snug (£600)
A smaller but very comfortable double — perfect for someone who simply wants a warm, quiet, restful place to sleep. There’s a lovely view, and the bed is genuinely excellent!
