I’m looking to rent out a room in my friendly, relaxed home in Brighton. It’s a characterful 1930s house with a cosy living room (TV & plants galore), a large rustic kitchen-diner with piano, and a welcoming, creative atmosphere.


The room is a large but snug, comfortable double - some of the furniture currently in the room will be moved to the attic as currently this is my room and I’m moving out of it to go upstairs. So there will be a lot more space in the room.

• Must be away over Christmas week (my family will be visiting)

• Sorry, no pets but it would be great if you liked dogs and cats as I do have them to stay.
