I’m looking to rent out three rooms in my friendly, relaxed home in Brighton. It’s a characterful 1930s house with a cosy living room (TV & plants galore), a large rustic kitchen-diner with piano, and a welcoming, creative atmosphere.

Two rooms are large , comfortable doubles. The smaller double room is snug and priced accordingly.

• Sorry, no pets but it would be great if you liked dogs and cats as I do have them to stay. I’ll be moving out shortly so will then be looking for a fourth person to share the space.
