3 Lovely Rooms in Character Brighton Home – Bills

I have three lovely furnished rooms available in my friendly, relaxed Brighton home, close to Fiveways and Preston Park.

It’s a characterful 1930s house with a cosy shared living room, large kitchen-diner, garden and plenty of personality. It’s very much a home rather than a conventional house share, and I’m looking for friendly, independent and considerate people who’d enjoy living somewhere relaxed and welcoming.

THE ROOMS

Two large double rooms – £750 pcm each, bills included
Both are bright, comfortable rooms with plenty of storage and space for a desk, with lovely wooden shutters and lots of character.

One smaller double – £600 pcm, bills included
A cosy furnished double, smaller than the other two and priced accordingly.

LOCATION

We’re in a friendly Brighton neighbourhood close to Fiveways and Preston Park, with local shops nearby and good transport links into central Brighton and to the universities.

WHO WOULD SUIT THE HOUSE

I’d love to find friendly, easy-going and independent people who want a comfortable home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. Professionals, postgraduates and mature students are all very welcome.

This is a non-smoking household. I occasionally look after dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable around them, although unfortunately I can’t accommodate additional pets.

Whilst I’m a live-in landlady at the moment, I’ll be away for an extended period from January, so I’m looking for friendly, independent housemates who’ll enjoy making the house their home too.
