Each standard room is furnished with bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet, and rent is £800/month, all bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water & broadband).
One premium room is available for £850/month — this room is slightly larger and has a better view.

The house includes:
• Shared lounge area
• Fully equipped kitchen with appliances
• Bathroom + separate WC
• Quiet garden / outdoor area
• On-street parking available down the road all day except during 9-10 am & 2-3 pm residents-only restriction

You’ll be sharing the house with me — I live in the property — and there are four rooms currently available.
Short-term stays are welcome, and there’s no minimum 3-month stay requirement.
