A new, fully fitted kitchenette includes a washer-drier and fridge freezer. Please note: there is no traditional oven, but a double air fryer, induction hob, kettle and toaster are provided. A modern, stylish shower room next door is shared with just one other person. All bills, including 1GB WiFi and council tax, are included.

This is a studio-room within a home, not so much a "house share". We’re looking for a single, non-smoking tenant for ideally 12+ months. Someone working from home max. 3 days a week is ideal, though other arrangements can be discussed. The household has children & cats, but they do not access that floor. Your privacy will be respected.
