Room: Quiet double bed, heating, a newly fitted carpet and mattress, well-ventilated with two windows backing on to the private patio. Fitted TV, tall wardrobe, and 3 chest drawers, an open wall clothes rail and some corner shelves.

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dish washer.

Bills included: wifi and utilities. Excludes: TV licence, Netflix, food, cleaning supplies, and toiletries.

Shared: Spacious lounge and bathroom with great water pressure and private patio.

Flexible on room adjustments depending on individuals circumstances.

About me:

I moved from London to Brighton a year ago after directing a chain of clinics. I wanted to escape the stressful, unhealthy London lifestyle and be closer to my mum, enjoy the sea, and feel part of a more grounded community. It’s been one of the best decisions of my life. I’m friendly, chatty, yet respectful of space, - I don’t party at home. Now self-employed as an aesthetic practitioner, I’d love to share my home with someone who adds to that calm, positive vibe and equally I like to hang out.
