Double room available

We have a two-bedroom flat available. Currently, I live there with my husband, and we occupy one room, so the other room is available. It’s a spacious room with a shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The flat is fully furnished, including both the bedroom and kitchen.
Both of us are working professionals, so we are mostly out during the day and we keep the place very tidy. We are looking for a clean, responsible, and tidy person to share the space with us.
Couples are also welcome.
Have its own private parking
All bills are included except for gas. The gas is on a top-up meter, which usually costs around £30–£35. This cost will be shared equally, meaning half will be paid by us and half by the new tenant.
