Large and lovely room available in Seven Dials

Hello, we are a couple looking for a lodger in our home in the Seven Dials area of Brighton. Your room is a lovely double, semi furnished room on the first floor. The room is already tastefully furnished with a queen sized bed, and a whole wall of fitted wardrobe. You'll have a large bathroom with a free standing bath tub and separate shower. You will have shared use of our kitchen and patio garden. We have a very friendly Cavapoo. Our 21 year old daughter still lives at home, but she is away travelling at the moment. We are a 9 minute walk away from Brighton station and the North Laine and very close to all the amenities that Seven Dials has to offer. Street parking is available, we are in zone Q, so if you need parking, you would need to apply for a parking permit.
