This is a smaller (currently unfurnished) double room, in a beautiful and well decorated very large 4 storey semi-detatched Brightonian house by Norfolk Square- excellent location.

Looking for working professional who works outside the home.

Kim (50) is a nurse and Marya (31) is a support worker and teaches dance.
We both love dance, music, gym and can be social but also like our own time.

We really appreciate a clean and tidy space, so maintaining a clean home is important to us.

-Excellent location- 1min from Norfolk Square and western rd. 5min walk to churchill square.

This will be a guardianship (hence the low price) so you must be ok with this and register with the agency involved. A guardianship means that it might be temporary, and given 1 month notice, but may also be long-term. happy to discuss more via message.
