Hello, my husband and I currently rent out 2 rooms in our large 3 storey, 6 bed, 3.5 bath semi detached Edwardian home in the center or Brighton which we have fully renovated to a high standard and live in with our family.

We are well travelled (I work as a flight attendant) and enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as enjoying our hobbies such as Paddleboarding, yoga, martial arts and cooking.

The room available:

- large 1st floor double bedroom (25sqm)
- large balcony and bay window
- Cat 6 ethernet access with wifi
- king bed, wardrobe and bedside tables
- bath and shower room which is used by yourself primarily with the other lodger

The house is in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from:

- Brighton town center
- Seven dials
- Beach
- Brighton train station
- Western Road, boutique shops and cafes.

We are on the local bus routes and there are a choice of supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk.

Parking is permit parking zone Y.

We have two children (10 and 12 years old who have their own bathroom and live on their own floor), Daisy (cockapoo) the dog and the LuLu the cat.
