Household Setup
This is a 3-bedroom house.

One bedroom is occupied by myself and one bedroom is occupied by another professional lodger. The available room shares the house and facilities.

This is a professional home rather than a party house and is best suited to someone who values a clean, respectful and peaceful living environment.

House Rules

* No parties
* Respectful noise levels, particularly during evenings and overnight
* Visitors are welcome during reasonable hours
* Overnight guests require prior agreement
* Quiet hours apply between 9:00pm and 7:00am
* Respect for shared spaces, neighbours and other occupants at all times

There is no fixed minimum term. Either party may end the arrangement by providing four weeks’ notice.
