Trans girl household looking for someone who identifies as non-binary or female!

We have a live-out landlord who we engage with directly, no letting agent. Council Tax Band B. Bills are roughly 180 a month.

Looking for someone to move in for September. Totally fine if you want to keep to yourself, as long as you're friendly and respectful. We like to keep the flat to a fairly clean and tidy standard, so that is important. The hill up to the flat and the stairs are quite steep, so may be difficult for people with mobility issues.

The street and flat are pretty quiet, we're not on a busy road at all.

The flat is close to bus routes on Lewes Road that can take you all round Brighton. There are some good amenities nearby too (Big Sainsbury's very close and Aldi a little bit of a walk).

The house has a small but nice garden, backed with gorgeous trees. We have a fairly big kitchen with air fryer, microwave, oven, rice cooker and lotsa storage space. Fridge freezer has it's own weird lil corridor (You'll see).

The bathroom has bath, shower and toilet and the washing-machine is in there.

Both of us work and aren't in all that often. We do eat meat, so if that's an issue this flat won't be suitable.

Me: I like board games, pool, music and reading. I love to feed the magpies and the birds in the garden and we get a lot of wildlife there!
