2 Month Brighton Let. Big Double Room with Ensuite

Ensuite double room available for 2-3 months in lovely Kemptown, from 1st January. The space is large and very light with lots of storage and an ensuite bathroom.

It is fully furnished and is very homely - with a double bed, bedside table, rugs and a huge built-in wardrobe. The room has a big sash window and wooden shutters. It is available for 2 months while current occupant is away overseas. You would be living with my absolutely lovely housemate, a 32yo professional.

The room is a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms in total and extra storage outside. There is shared use of an open plan kitchen and sitting room. We have a projector for watching films and lots of comfy space to cosy up. The flat has high ceilings, big windows and lots of natural light.

The area of Kemptown Village is lovely, with a very popular cafe downstairs and lots of little shops and pubs on the doorstep. It is lively in the day but a peaceful place in the evenings. We are a 2 minute walk from the sea and 20 minute walk from the centre of town/15 min bus to station.

The room would be perfect for a female or a couple (monthly cost for a couple would be approx £1150). We are looking for someone who appreciates a nice homely space, clean and tidy environment and a peaceful atmosphere.
