I have a bedroom to rent out (double bed), for 4 months, starting now. It’s near Preston Circus, in a nice 3 bed maisonette. But it would be a lodger arrangement, where you had no guests, but you have the use of the apartment with us of course.
You could just stay for a couple of months if that suits, but it would be available for at least 4 months.
Normally that room would go for £800 pcm including bills. So with this arrangement I would make it £600 pcm, including bills, for a short let.
I stay there with one friend. It’s a quiet, comfy, convenient home.
