Looking for a flatmate to share my lovely flat

It's a lovely flat in a good area of town. It has a large communal garden space and it's own entrance with patio/small garden area, where i have planted things wildly.

Flat is a good size, neighbours are lovely too. Bills are not included. So with bills is around £1000-1100 per month. Council Tax B. The bills are the worst bit about any place to live these days.

Preferences for a housemate are clean and tidy, respects the space. I've lived with musicians and artists, and play a harpsicle. I used to work in events and still work at festivals.

Someone who has creative hobbies, enjoys some banter and knows what an introvert extrovert is. I have friends come over for food. I also have friends stay from over the country and world. So someone who doesn't mind people coming and staying over, meeting new people.

I'm not a cat person, but i adopted a 1 year old cat from a friend. Shes very friendly, likes food, goes out a lot, has her toys scattered through the hallway. Likes strokes and is a pretty friendly cat, like a dog but walks herself.

There is an aerial rig in the lounge, it is mine, i used to teach for a decade. It may be moved into my room to rearrange the space. The hallway is a mini library. There is extra storage space, cupboards etc. Room is mainly unfurnished. It can be painted a different colour if you want to do it.

I'm not your typical housemate. I have a plethora of hobbies. It would probably best suit people who might describe themselves more as weird. I'm organised, with chaos.
