Selected rooms enjoy fantastic direct sea views, while others are positioned towards the rear of the building. Room sizes, layouts and outlooks vary.

The location is hard to beat. Brighton beach is directly opposite, with The Lanes, Churchill Square, shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and the city centre all within easy walking distance. Excellent public transport links also provide convenient access to Brighton's universities and colleges.
