Furnished student rooms are now available at Kings House, directly opposite Brighton beach and within easy walking distance of the city centre, The Lanes, Churchill Square, shops, cafés and nightlife.

Rooms are rented individually, so no group is required. Each resident has a private furnished bedroom within a six-bedroom cluster apartment, sharing a kitchen, living area and shower facilities with the other students in their cluster.

The rent includes bills, Wi-Fi, a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and on-site security. Selected rooms benefit from direct sea views, while others are situated toward the rear of the building.
