I have a large (15 foot x 11 1/2 foot) bedroom to rent, near Preston Circus, in a nice maisonette, but it will be a lodger arrangement, where you weren’t allowed any guests, but you have use of the apartment (including the living room), with me.

You could just stay for a couple of months if needed, but it would be available for up to four months. It’s available from 1st October.

This room would normally be £800 plus bills a month, so actually about £900-£950 (you’d be paying half the bills), but with this arrangement (no guests), it is £700 including bills.

It’s a quiet, comfortable, convenient home.

There is no smoking in the flat at all.

Depending on the viewing/moving in date, I may ask for a holding deposit.
