Female Roommate Wanted :)

Hi everyone! I’ve found a gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment in Brighton that I’m really interested in and I’m looking to put an offer in tomorrow.

I already have three people interested in potentially living together, but as I’m now at the point of actually making an offer, I thought I’d post once more in case there’s someone who sees the property, loves it and is certain they’re in a position to move in this October.

📅 Available from 13th October
💷 I’d be looking for around £800–£925 pcm from my housemate, depending on what we agree
🛏️ Two good-sized bedrooms
🚿 Two bathrooms – I’d have the en-suite and the other bathroom is literally next to the second bedroom, so you’d essentially have that bathroom to yourself
🌿 Private balcony
🛋️ Lovely open-plan kitchen/living area

About me: I’m Grace, 25 (26 very soon), and I’m moving to Brighton before starting my training contract as a trainee solicitor in January. I’m also a singer/songwriter and make music alongside law.

I’m sociable, friendly and pretty chilled at home. I love going for drinks, coffee, dinners, events, the gym and exploring new places, and I’d ideally like a housemate I can actually become friends with rather than us just awkwardly saying hello beside the kettle once every three weeks 😂.

I’m relaxed about friends and partners coming over and want whoever I live with to genuinely feel at home. I just value good communication, mutual respect and both of us doing our bit to keep the communal areas nice.

Male or female is absolutely fine. Ideally someone in their 20s/early 30s.

The main thing is that I’m hoping to make an offer tomorrow, so I’m particularly looking to hear from people who are genuinely ready to move in October rather than just casually considering Brighton.
