Large furnished double room with its own private ensuite available in a friendly 3-bedroom home in Hollingdean, Brighton.

The bedroom is a generous size (approx. 3.9m x 3.3m) with its own private ensuite (1.6m x 2.2m), including shower, toilet and basin. Each bedroom also has its own lock for privacy and security.

The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with the communal spaces fully furnished. There's a 65" Smart TV with plenty of streaming apps including HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+ and more.

You'll have full use of the kitchen and will have your own dedicated cupboard/storage space, as well as use of the shared living/dining area and outdoor space.

Outdoor space: There's an enclosed communal courtyard shared with just two other properties, as well as a small private outdoor space at the back of the house – handy for sitting outside with a coffee or a drink when the weather's good.

£850pcm – all bills included, including gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi.

You'll be sharing with me and my friendly Border Collie, Sox, so being comfortable around dogs is a must! 🐶 My partner, Ömer, is also around fairly regularly, so you'll get to know him too, although he has his own place and doesn't live here. I also spend a couple of nights a week at his, meaning there'll sometimes be evenings when you have the house largely to yourself.

I'm looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going who wants to actually feel at home here. It would be great to find someone who's happy to occasionally have dinner together, open a bottle of wine, play a board game or sit and watch something – while still having our own lives and space.

Ideally you'll work outside the house most of the week. Working from home once or twice a week is absolutely fine, but it probably wouldn't suit someone who works from home full-time.
