Sunny Double Room Near the i360 🌞

We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and easy-going person to join our peaceful household.

A bright double room for one person, with a large built-in wardrobe and plenty of natural light.

Who we’re looking for:

• Non-smoker and non-drinker
• Ideally aged between 35 and 50
• Working full-time — sorry, no students
• Not working from home — this is very important to us
• Respectful, considerate and happy living in a quiet, peaceful home
• Someone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere rather than parties or late-night gatherings

There are currently two men and one woman living here. We’re all very calm people and like to keep our home clean, quiet and comfortable.

The flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift, so being reasonably fit is definitely a bonus — think of it as a free daily workout! 😊

We usually work from around 8am until 8pm, so unfortunately this wouldn’t be the right home for someone who regularly finishes work very late at night or during the night.

We’re looking for someone who respects other people’s space, routines and need for peace and quiet. We’re a very peaceful household and would love to find someone who fits in with that atmosphere.

The flat is in a great location, close to the i360 and the seafront.
