Beautiful King-Size Room in Peaceful Brighton Home

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to rent the king-size bedroom in my lovely two-bedroom home in Brighton from 16 November 2026 until 31 March 2027.

The flat has been recently renovated to a high standard and is a really comfortable, peaceful place to live. The room has a king-size bed and plenty of space, with use of the shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Rent is £900 per month, including bills, Wi-Fi and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

A little about me - I’m in my early 40s, professional and pretty independent. I split my working week between working from home, a co-working space and London. I’m sociable and friendly but also really value having a calm home and our own space, so I’m looking for someone with a similar outlook.

As I sometimes work from home, it would particularly suit someone who usually works away from home rather than working from home full-time.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone 35+, considerate and tidy, who is fairly independent and looking for a lovely, peaceful home rather than a busy house-share.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone for the full period, although I’d consider a minimum three-month stay for the right person. It could be ideal for someone relocating, between properties, on a temporary contract or simply looking for somewhere comfortable for the winter.

Pets considered - I’d be very happy to consider a well-behaved dog or cat.
