I’m moving out of my lovely house share in St Martins Place, Brighton, and am looking for someone to take my room and join the existing housemates.

It’s a really good-sized double room in a lovely, centrally located four-bedroom licensed HMO. I’ve really enjoyed living here and it’s a great house in a very convenient part of Brighton.

The house is well presented, with a shared living room and open-plan kitchen, a large bathroom with shower over the bath, washing machine, gas central heating and a lovely courtyard garden. The room itself comes with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.

The location is one of the best things about the house. It’s just off Lewes Road, close to The Level and Elm Grove, with plenty of coffee shops, cafés, pubs and independent shops nearby. There’s also a Co-op right on the doorstep, with Sainsbury’s and Aldi close by.

Brighton and London Road stations, the city centre and seafront are all around a 10–20 minute walk away, and there are loads of bus routes from the end of the road, making it really easy to get around Brighton and to the universities.

You’d be joining the existing housemates and we’re looking for a working professional who is friendly, considerate and looking for somewhere they can feel at home.

The tenancy will be arranged through a new joint agreement, with references, deposit and a guarantor where applicable required.

There are two rooms becoming available in the property at different times. The first room is available from 11/11/26, with a second room becoming available approximately one month later from 11/12/26.
