This is a large room , freshly painted, with a king size bed, brand new anatomical mattress still in its wrapping and brand new carpets. Also includes sitting area with sofa and coffee table. It would mostly suit someone who works full time in day shifts. The kitchen is shared but large, with a big dining table. I, the landlady, use the kitchen to cook but Judy the lodger does not. There is use of a Crockpot ( pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer) and also a Nutribullet. The kitchen is large with a dining table. Washing machine but no drier.

If a couple is accepted they will have to work similar hours and the rent will be £850 pcm.

There is a sky box which can be used as a Freeview box, but not available TV at the moment.

Apart from the shared bathroom there is a toilet/sink room so there is to be no waiting!!

The communications are great: by a shortcut you can be in Brighton station in 10 minutes.

Bus stops for the number 5 buses to Hove directly without changing and by changing at the Steine, to Marina White hawk, the Royal Sussex Hospital are only minutes away.

Preston road has a multitude of food shops, near to Sainsbury's and Aldi.

Although I don't have a parking space in front of the house, I have the right to residents parking for one car which I do not use.

Judy and myself are sociable but also keep ourselves to ourselves.
