Large, south facing double room

Spacious, furnished room in Fiveways. Bathroom is right next door. Because the room faces south, there is a lot of daytime sun which makes it a cheerful room. The room has just been newly decorated and there is a brand new bed and mattress.

We are a semi retired couple who are away on our narrowboat a lot. In the winter I (Frances) teach sculpture from my garden studio, in the summer we are away for 5 to 6 months, so you would have the house to yourself during this time.

We keep the rent below the going rate for this type of room as we would prefer to find someone who fitted in with us and would be happy to stay longer term. We would prefer someone who is working rather than a student.

Bills are included for reasonable use. If you are a person who likes to take baths or have the central heating on for longer.. that is fine, we can just tweak rent up a little to accomodate.

The house is in a quiet road off Fiveways and all the shops you might need are at the end of the road. Buses are also close by and the station a 12 minute walk. If you had a car you would need to buy an annual parking permit.
