Beaut double room on colourful 2 bed flat

I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to join me in my homely flat close to Preston Park station.

This flat is for you if…
- you’re looking for a real home to share, not just a bed to sleep in - catching up in the evenings, having dinner / watching TV together occasionally
- you’re a dog lover - I have a very well behaved labraspoodle called Freddie who is the sweetest soul
- you’re ideally not WFH most of the week (the room is a good size but it wouldn’t really suit a full home working set up)
- you live a calm lifestyle - as I have a dog it’s not really the place to bring people back for after parties etc - friends and lovers of course welcome but it needs to be communicated first as it is a shared flat

The room is furnished with a double bed and a set of drawers - there is space for a clothes rail or shelves if you wanted to bring some. If you have your own furniture that’s also okay. There’s also a door to access the patio!

The house is furnished with comfy sofa set up, a breakfast bar, full kitchen with all you need, and also has a lovely wrap around patio with view of the sea!

There is on-street parking you can apply for. 5 mins walk to Preston Park station and a lot of bus connections. 30-40 min walk into town.

A bit about me:
- 30 year old female working from home in marketing
- originally from Germany but have lived in the Uk for 8+ years and have just returned from 3 years in NZ
- I love cooking, calm evenings, watching TV (bake off, movies, BBC dramas etc), reading, sharing a glass of wine over a chat, cinema, hiking, a boogie
- as well as a flatmate I’m also looking for a friend and a sense of community as I’ve just returned from abroad
