Neighbourhood:
It has a local quiet feel, but is also very close to the city centre, beach and very well connected by public transport and bike system (Beryl bikes). You could walk, bus or bike anywhere very easily. Right next door to a supermarket and coffee shop. There are local food shops and restaurants just nearby, as well as lots of pubs. The best part though, is the giant Preston Park and the secret manor gardens - so many great spots for a picnic or stroll.

You’d be living with myself (33), non-binary, digital designer. If you’re also here from mid December onwards, you’ll also be living with my partner (29), non-binary, who is studying to be a psychotherapist.

It’s a cosy home and great place to spend some of the winter months. We mostly keep to ourselves but also happy to have the occasional house dinner or movie night/watch some trashy reality tv together. Hope to find someone with the same values!
