Hi! I'm moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace me :) The property is right in the heart of Brighton, so it's a great location! Two pubs are less than a minute walk away, shops are less than 5 minutes, and the sea is also less than 5 - it's a perfect location.

It's a spacious double room on the top floor, that is unfurnished, so you can really make it your own.

We're lucky enough to have a small garden that catches the sun in the summer. The living room and dining room are open plan, which makes it a really warm, and friendly house.

- Rent: £667.67 a month
- Deposit: £769 to be paid in advance
- Gas and elec: between £25 - £5- depending on the time of year
- Council tax: £83.33
- Wifi: £10.67
- Water: roughly £21.17

About the House:
* We’re working professionals with varying schedules.
* The vibe here is very chill – not big party people, but we enjoy the occasional social gathering with friends.
* We keep the communal areas open for everyone to enjoy and keep them clean and tidy.
* We like to hang out together but also appreciate our personal space and downtime.

* Shannon (29): Professional photographer, wanderlust adventurer, passionate about fitness and running!
* Mollie (27): Love the outdoors/ nature and huge animal lover. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, long walks and meeting friends at the pub or going to gigs! Also fluent in French!

What We’re Looking For:
* Someone who values cleanliness and a chill, respectful atmosphere.
* Not looking for someone who parties all the time, but if you enjoy the occasional small gathering, we’re on the same page.
* We’re hoping to find someone who appreciates a balance of social time and personal space.
