Quiet city centre house, for happy people

Hi.

We have a spacious furnished double room available in our lovely house in Hanover area of Brighton.

The Current household is 2 Boys and 3 Girls, looking for another girl to replace one who is moving on.

We are all working professionals and would ideally be looking for someone similar, but mature students also welcome.
We are a happy social household so you would need to be the same, we all consider the house as a sanctuary at the end of the day, and everyone respects each other’s privacy and needs in the house

We live in an Area called Hanover in Brighton, which has a great community feel and some great pubs to go too. You can get to town in 10 mins, same for Brighton train station,

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, freestanding mirror, ironing board with iron, duvet & pillows including bed linen, & a smart TV. You also have half a fridge/freezer shared with the other lodger, with some storage for food etc

The rent and bill are paid on the same day, rent is £500 PCM + £75 towards bills, which includes things like gas, electric, water, council tax, Wifi etc but also things like Loo role, washing up liquid, washing powder and all the basic stuff you will need

A little about us; me and my partner are in our 40’s (very young ones that is) am a dad with a son in his 20’s, he is a good lad and has a fun outlook on life. I work hard but do love to go to the local on a Friday and also like the odd bottle of wine or 2 at the weekends, we also have another lodger in the house in her 20's she will be staying but one of the girls is moving out and we want to keep this same balance of 3 girls 2 boys as it works best as we have found over the years

We like to keep a tidy house for everyone’s enjoyment, not crazy OCD tidy though ha ha
