Entire flat avail while landlord travels 3+ months

Hi,

I'm a friendly, easy going, liberal minded guy with a wide variety of interests…

I own a lovely two bedroom flat in a great location next to Preston Park which is in easy walking distance to both Brighton and Preston Park stations.

I have been renting my spare room out to lodgers for many years and it has just become available

The flat has all the usual amenities you would expect such as fast broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and has a secure area inside for parking a bike. .

I will however be going away mid-November for 3+ months travelling so whoever rents out my spare room will have the whole flat to themselves !!! (Including use of both bedrooms)

When I do return in April 2027 they will of course be welcome to stay on in the room as a lodger.
