Sea Lanes with a gym and outdoor 50m pool is nearby. The Marina, with its convenient restaurants, supermarket, cinema and David Lloyds gym, is a 5- minute walk away. Excellent bus services to University, town centre and train station.

Shared utility (gas and electricity) bills not included. They are on average £85 per person. Gas heating controlled by app, double glazed windows and LED lighting throughout

The move in date is slightly flexible between 1st to 12th Sept 2026.

My room is in an independent annex with ensuite on the property. I spend a lot of time out of the country. You will be sharing with a very lovely and considerate male clinical research doctor at the nearby hospital ,who is also a great cook! We are looking for a chilled and friendly person, who is also very clean, tidy and responsible. Although the space allows a lot of privacy it would be lovely to get on and be able to share some social time, picnics, or go to the occasional gig. If you like plants it will be a bonus!
