Rooms available in Fiveways home

Double and single rooms available in 3-bed house in Fiveways area of Brighton, to share with one female. I have large friendly dogs (husky and samoyed) and one indoor cat, so you'll need to be happy sharing with pets.

Ideal sharer would be someone who goes out to work, as I work from home. Although I don't mind whether its shift work or 9-5. I'm hoping to find someone easy-going and friendly to share with, where it can feel relaxed and homely.

The house has a west facing garden, free on-street parking, a bus stop over the road, 10 min walk to town, 10 min walk to the downs.

One double room available, furnished with a small double bed and quality pocket sprung mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (there is also storage under the bed as it's an ottoman).

One single room overlooking garden, single bed and quality pocket sprung mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table (there is also storage drawers under the bed).

There is also a large kitchen/diner, living room, a bathroom with bath and shower over, and nice sunny garden, with plenty of space to sit out, exercise, bbq, etc...

It's a 3 bedroom end of terrace house, with double glazing and gas central heating with combi boiler. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and cupboard space.

All bills included with fair use (except cleaning). Long let preferred.

I'm a professional female. I enjoy being outdoors. I don't smoke or drink. I'm not a big cooking person and I rarely have visitors in the house. I usually have various projects and interests keeping me busy, and I'm clean and tidy, and considerate of others at home. For down time I usually watch something on Netflix, and I listen to radio when I'm working or cleaning sometimes.
