We have a fantastic room available on Saturday 11/05/25 to rent on an ongoing/long-term basis.

The house backs onto Moulscoomb Leisure Centre with the bedroom facing East, which is generally very quiet. The shower is conveniently situated on the top floor in between two bedrooms, with a bath and toilet just below on the 1st floor, and W/C on the ground floor.

The room is unfurnished and you will be sharing with 2 guys – One who works in utilities research and the other in public services. We’re both fairly easy going and while we do like to stay social and hang out, we do have our own lives and are busy so please know this is not a party house!

Virgin WiFi, clothes washing facilities, heated towel rail, gas central heating, huge kitchen, TV lounge, private garden, and driveway.

Close to Sussex and Brighton University campuses with frequent bus routes 25, 24, 28, 29, and 49 (the nearest bus stop is Moulscoomb Way) which takes about 15 minutes to get into the Churchill Square/Brighton Station area. Moulscoomb train station is also 10 minute walk away.

Deposit: one month's rent. Rent is £650 per month + bills which include broadband, gas, electric, and water.
