Looking for a friendly, easy going, clean and tidy person to share the house.


Would suit a student or professional. Ideally full time worker keeping regular hours but not someone working full time from home. This is a quieter house. 3 bedroom house in Hanover, near Kemptown and the Level. Really nice part of town, as it's close to everything but it's quiet in the house and garden, which is west facing so very sunny in the evening. The bedroom also faces west and is lovely and bright, with a great view of the sunset.

It’s a few minutes walk to the Level, and a ten minute walk to the North Laine. Buses 21 and 22 go from just outside the house on Elm Grove and 25, 49 and loads of other buses go to the Unis and town from Lewes Rd, which is 2 minutes walk. It’s roughly 10-15 minutes walk to Brighton station and to the beach. We have superfast broadband for wifi.

The room is currently being freshly decorated so you will have a newly painted room.

Move in dates are any time from aug 14th to end aug. Move in not possible in September, sorry..
