Looking for a clean, respectful and reliable lodger. Working preferred, with regular income.

I live at the property, so the room will be provided under a lodger agreement. However, due to my work pattern I am away from home for much of the time, generally working 11 days on / 3 days off, and occasionally 12 days on / 2 days off. This means the lodger will often have a good degree of privacy and the property largely to themselves.

Shared use of household facilities when I am home.

Ideally looking for someone who will look after it while I am away.
