Lovely, bright room in vegetarian eco house

Hi, I have a single room to let in my home. It is fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair and plenty of built in storage. The room - all the rooms - are south facing have extensive views of East Brighton, downland and the woods in Wild Park. The house is 3 miles from the town centre, near the 25 bus route and both universities. Stanmer Park is a 10 minute walk away.

The house has been refurbished to a high standard. and has featured in the Eco Open House exhibitions. An interest in sustainable living is essential to living here. For example, the woodburner in the picture is the main source of heat for the house. An ability to light a fire and keep it alight are therefore necessary in Winter. The garden has a veg patch with grey water irrigation, and a shed with a green roof. Rainwater harvesting.

I am vegetarian (no fish), mainly vegan, and would like to keep my house that way. I am a woodworking, metalworking, designer craftsman. Into yoga, literature, running, baking bread, cooking generally. I like to know who I am living with. So somebody reasonably sociable, who likes sharing meals, and wants a home rather than lodgings.
