1 or 2 rooms available that come with a bathroom

I’ve got 2 bedrooms and a bathroom available. Looking for someone or a couple to rent the whole suite ideally. Bathroom isn’t en-suit, but would be private. I’m a primary teacher, so won’t be around in the day time until the school holidays. I also come with a husky who isn’t any bother, he’s getting old. If you are a single person who works from home, we could negotiate the rate down if your willing to let my dog in and out while I’m at school 😂.
