We have a spacious double bedroom available in the Meads, which is a quiet, pretty place to live.

A large room with a study area is located on the lower ground floor of the apartment facing the garden. The room has a separate private shower room.

The room boasts a variety of amenities such as: a TV with built-in DVD and Freeview, fridge/freezer and study/work area.

The apartment has a large shared kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering with modern appliances including an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine table and all the necessary kitchenware.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, with access to a good sized and secluded patio garden with wooden table, benches and a BBQ area.

The rent is £700 per month and covers all the utility bills and council tax, the unlimited broadband is free and fast, we also have a fabulous cleaner for all the communal areas who visits weekly to help make more free time for you.
