It is a friendly house suitable for quiet and tidy professional but not a party house. :) We currently have Eastbourne General Hospital and Council staff staying. We only accept single occupancy. I'm afraid we cannot accept couples as tenants. Smoking indoor is not allowed. Referencing will be required.
