Room has 2 large double wardrobes with drawers inside and a desk/dressing table.

5 min walk to bus stop for 12/12x coaster bus to Brighton. 20 min walk to Eastbourne train station. Close to local amenities such as Co-op, Sainsbury local and Waitrose.

Garden, patio and summer house which can be used if you want your own more private space in the day/evening to relax, study or watch TV.

I do have a lovely tabby cat (outdoor cat) that is super affectionate and placid....so if you're a cat lover then you will absolutely adore him.

I am a shift worker so my hours are changeable....but the bonus is that there will be a lot of times where you have the place completely to yourself.

The house has a large kitchen and breakfast bar area, there is also a large dining table and separate living room area. I have Prime TV and Netflix so these will obviously be available to watch in the living room or summer house. There is an open fire in the living room for the colder months and the house is fully central heated.

I am a fairly tidy person and I make sure the house is well maintained and looked after. Easy going and happy to have a chat when you're around....but equally understand if you want some solitude. Looking for someone that is respectful of the space and is clean and tidy.

There is a washer drier and washing line in the garden if you want to hang your laundry out to dry when the weather is nice. The garden also has a large patio area with an L-shaped rattan sofa and table for relaxing outside in the sunshine.

Room has become available as my previous share moved back to the lake district.

If you like hiking or being outdoors the downs are right behind the property and you are also close to Eastbourne seafront (approx 30 min walk to meads end of seafront). Lots of good running and scenic walking routes around here.

I'm very into exercise and fitness and have a large selection of equipment available, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, TRX trainer, yoga mat, blocks and resistance bands which you're more than welcome to use.
