There are bus stops in walking distance or a 15-20 mins walk to Eastbourne station and town centre. The beach is 5 minutes away from the property.

Washing machine and tumble dryer available.

All bills and council tax included.

Recent and current work references required. Any students can provide a student letter reference and job references. Please provide at least two job references, one personal reference, a copy of passport for ID and proof of rights to rent.

We have one cat and a dog who are both friendly.
