Room to Rent in Eastbourne – Animal Lover Wanted 🐾

I’m a live-in homeowner with a humble, cosy 2-bedroom house and a small garden, shared with my two dogs and one cat, so an animal lover is a must!

I work from home, but my desk is tucked away out of the way, so you’ll still have your own space and privacy. I’m looking for a friendly, respectful female lodger who is in full-time employment and would enjoy sharing a relaxed, homely space. Ideally, I’m looking for someone wanting a minimum 12-month stay.

I’m usually pretty busy at weekends, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to enjoy having the house to yourself and make the most of your own space.

Pets: I’d be happy to consider one additional cat. I’d also consider a dog, provided they get along well with my two dogs and cat, so a meet-and-greet would be essential.

Guests are welcome to stay over, with overnight guests limited to a maximum of 3 nights per week.

The location is ideal, with just a 10-minute walk into town and 10 minutes to the seafront – perfect for enjoying everything Eastbourne has to offer.
