I'm looking for a flatmate in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The bedroom is furnished - it has a king sized bed, a chest of drawers and a large table that can be used as a desk. There is plenty of space for you to furnish the room as you please, and you can replace the existing furniture if you wish.

Shared living room space, bathroom (with bath and shower) and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), with some outside space on the fire escape.

I am the only other person living here, and I'm a quiet person who tends to keep to themselves. I like to keep the place clean and tidy.
