The room is part of a terrace house.
The room comes already furnished and overlooks the garden. The house has all the mod-cons including broadband and wifi.

its very nicely decorated- bright and sunny.
There is plenty of storage in the under bed drawers too.

I am open to consider a Monday to Friday let also.
I have one cat-
and an adult daughter who is mainly in London.

We are close to all amenities but positioned in the idyllic calmer quarter behind grand parade.

its a 10 minute stroll into town,
and tesco Extra and Sainsburys local
are 10 minutes walk.

Transport Links-
Many Good buss routes, from the mainroad know as seaside.
Mainline station a 10 minutes walk away.

The beech is a 8 minute walk also from door to door.

Pluss there is a big park a green and a lovely period square just 9 minutes walk away

There are free drawing lessons on sundays- and gardening-activities for the right lodger as friend for the home.
