The house features a living room and separate, fully stocked, kitchen as well as a laundry room and courtyard garden.

The housemates are all friendly, working professionals.

It is just a 15 minute walk into town and 5 minute walk to the beach.

All bills are included as is a weekly clean of the communal areas. Very fast WIFI.
